This seminar is as hilarious as it is educational and valuable. At the beginning of the seminar the participants are asked to complete a simple personality quiz, identifying the traits that are important to them. Once completed, participants are introduced to the four standard personality types in a familiar and comfortable way – the four personalities go on a road trip!
Finger pointing ALWAYS results as participants recognize their co-workers, their children, their bosses and even their spouse in the descriptions but the workshop does not stop there. Before the day is done participants review how to motivate each of the personality types, how to get along better with each of the types and how to get along with others if you are a specific type.
This is the workshop that is the most remembered by participants, making it something they can use every day in their workplaces and in their homes.
