I am awake, I am alive, and this morning I am smiling as I think of the beautiful balance that has been built into today …

This morning is filled with the usual “to do’s” but this afternoon I speak to the future in the form of the students at the Superior Collegiate and Vocational Institute. They are the future in the most literal form and today I will chat of choices and how our futures are built on them.

And then this evening, when the work day is done, it will be time to sit and talk and laugh with a friend I haven’t seen in far too long. We will share of all that has transpired in our years apart as we catch up on the recent past and the choices that are building our respective futures.
