I am awake, I am alive, and today I am celebrating … the chance to be ME.

Last night, an amazing gathering of Kwe’s, each sharing our truths and the teachings we have leaned on during these crazy times. The discussion was real, bouncing from laughter to grief, from resilience to overwhelm like so many journeys during this pandemic.

But authenticity is as healing as laughter, reaching out across the internet is almost as reassuring as an in-person visit, and space to be authentic is as rare as it is beautiful.

I pray you got to watch the live session. I pray some of you are inspired to schedule your own, with those you love and turn to for guidance. As mentioned in the session, do not attempt to do it alone.

But always remember, you ARE unique and beautiful which is why today is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate all that you are.
