Gathering the Lessons

Teachers from many walks of life speak of the power of “praxis” – a process of constant reflection, learning, and growth. Tony Robbins speaks of CANI – constant and never-ending improvement. And my Mom would say, “Take the lessons, leave the rest”.

On Sundays, I love to look back over the week just passed, to gather up the lessons I will use on future journeys. So today I ask, what did you learn this past week, my friend?

Keep it mind, it is never a negative. It is not that some human is an idiot, especially if that human is you. Learn from the challenges. Use them to build your wisdom, not your walls.

As we take these steps together this year, let us learn from each other. That is, after all, why our paths have crossed.

Be well, my friend.

I love you!
