I am awake, I am alive and today a busy week and my amazing journey continues as this time I find myself emceeing the 3-day Virtual On-Call Training provided by the Oshki Wenjack to all those who will be tasked with supporting, encouraging, and generally just being there for the amazing students of this institution.

And I am thrilled.

Why? Well, simply because this is yet another hidden benefit of my career, the chance to sit-in on these amazing sessions, listening to training provided by facilitators and experts in the field. At these events, I inevitably hear stats that blow my mind, techniques that assist in any field, and stories that warm the soul and encourage the work.

How can you not love THAT?!

So this is me, thankful for this day and all I will learn. And you my friend, what are you thankful for today?

The journey continues … that’s a good place to start.
